By accessing or using LLM Cloud's services, website, or API (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
LLM Cloud provides a unified API gateway for accessing large language models from various providers including Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI. Our Services include API access, workspace management, project organization, usage analytics, and related features.
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our Services to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content; attempt to circumvent any rate limits or security measures; resell or redistribute access to our Services without authorization; or interfere with the operation of our Services.
5. Payment and Billing
LLM Cloud operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You are charged based on actual token usage. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with reasonable notice to users.
6. Intellectual Property
The content generated through our API using your prompts belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. LLM Cloud's platform, branding, documentation, and related materials remain our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
LLM Cloud provides its Services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
